 Tara Riley

Aerial Silks/Yoga Instructor

After 19 years of dancing lessons growing up, and years of competitive dance, Tara knew she had found her calling when she discovered Pilates and yoga. Tara joined a Pilates studio in Charlotte and was certified by The Bodhi Tree Yoga & Pilates School, LLC in 2008. Then her head got lost in the clouds, literally. She found a new art form that tested the limits of her strength and flexibility. She found aerial arts, and began teaching it the following year. Tara founded the aerial yoga program at Be Yoga in 2012 and developed it over the next year introducing an aerial yoga certification along the way. She certified in Be Yoga's 200hr yoga certification in the summer of 2013. Tara enjoys continuing to spread the gospel of aerial, yoga, and Pilates in hopes of improving students' overall well-being and quality of life.

"Absolutely LOVE NAPAC!! So glad I moved my daughter to this studio! Love the parent inclusion and participation!"
